Hypnosis is simply a very deep state of relaxation where both the conscious and subconscious mind are able to become very alert and focused. People often refer to this as a “trance like” state where one is able to block out distractions and delve into their subconscious memories and feelings. During this state a person is more suggestible to change. Hypnotherapy is then used to unblock subconscious negativity and resistance in order to replace it with positive feelings that allow for their desired changes to occur emotionally, mentally and physically.
Guided Imagery under Hypnosis involves a wide variety of techniques which include imagining and/or visualizing with all 5 senses. I guide my clients through journeys into their subconscious to communicate, imagine and recreate their perceptions of their world both internally and externally in order to create their most positive and successful outcomes.
Life Coaching uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to define and map out the client’s goals. After that we work to develop your own personal power in order to achieve these goals for your ultimate success in life.
